Infant is Crushed inside Stroller by Vehicle

According to Gwinnett police, a stroller with a baby inside was placed between two parked cars by the mother.  Tragically, one of the parked cars backed into the stroller and crushed the infant.  No charges have been filed at this time.

As parents themselves, Georgia trial lawyers Marc Howard and Geoff Pope know losing a child is among the most devastating events a parent can experience. With years of experience in wrongful child deaths, the law firm of Pope & Howard P.C. works closely with family members, not just on the cases, but to ensure that the resulting emotions are not destructive of themselves.

Each wrongful death case is different because each person is different. Pope & Howard P.C. takes the time to get to know family members and friends of the deceased to understand fully who that person was and the impact that person had on others. The experts at Pope & Howard P.C. handle cases of wrongful death from:

  • Death of a Child
  • Property Negligence
  • Medical Negligence
  • Nursing Home Patients

If you have lost a family member or loved one from what you believe to be wrongful death, contact one of our expert attorneys at Pope & Howard P.C. via popehoward.com or call 404-885-9999.
