Three Killed in Tragic Texas Plane Crash
On Monday, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration reported that three people died in a small plane crash in Texas. The pilot and two passengers were the only people on board the vintage aircraft that crashed in Dickens County.
Officials have not yet determined the cause of the accident, but the potential causes are numerous. Small planes can crash due to equipment failure, inclement weather or conditions, pilot inexperience or error or many other factors. No matter the cause, plane crashes can result in severe damage to property, catastrophic injuries, or in cases like this one, tragic deaths.
