Atlanta Trial Attorney Brad Dozier Joins Pope & Howard, P.C., in Of Counsel Role
Dozier Brings Over Two Decades of Personal Injury Experience to the Atlanta Firm
ATLANTA, GA — (August 16, 2016) Pope & Howard, P.C., a leading Atlanta personal injury law firm, recently added litigation attorney Brad Dozier as Of Counsel with the firm. Along with founding partners Marc Howard and Geoff Pope, Brad will continue to represent clients in cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising from the negligent, reckless and intentional acts of others.
“We are excited to have Brad, who has over twenty years of experience in personal injury law, join the firm,” said Howard, co-founder of Pope & Howard, P.C. “Geoff and I know his expertise will make every case stronger and increase our ability to get just compensation for our clients.”
Dozier will be focused on personal injury and wrongful death cases due to truck and car accidents, as well as nursing home neglect, defective products and premises liability lawsuits.
“I’m looking forward to working with Geoff and Marc to help achieve positive outcomes for accident victims in Georgia,” Dozier said. “Pope & Howard, P.C., has a reputation as one of the best personal injury law firms in Atlanta; I’m really excited to see how I can help the firm and its clients.”
Dozier spent the first ten years of his career representing organizations, employers and insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters. After a decade of doing defense work, he switched his focus to representing individuals who have been seriously injured, disfigured or killed by the carelessness and negligence of others. “I felt I could do more good helping victims and their families move on with compensation that allowed them to rebuild their lives,” Dozier added.
Dozier received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, and his law degree from the Mercer Law School (Macon, Georgia).
