The Best Lawyers in America, one of the legal industry’s oldest peer-review publications, does not allow attorneys to pay for inclusion; to be selected, a lawyer must be nominated by a peer.

Howard co-founded Pope & Howard, P.C. in 2005 with fellow Georgia attorney Geoff Pope. He not only fights to get his clients just compensation in personal injury cases, but also strongly believes in helping to educate fellow lawyers and giving back to his community. He is a past president of the Sandy Springs Bar Association in Georgia and involved with organizations like the American Board of Trial Advocates. Late in 2019, he joined the Board of Directors for the Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice, a nonprofit law center dedicated to increasing justice in Georgia through law and policy reform and community engagement.
