Thanksgiving Holiday Traffic Claims 15 Lives in Georgia

The Georgia Department of Public Safety revealed the 2011 Thanksgiving traffic report. The holiday traffic period reviewed in the report was a total of 102 hours, which started the evening of Wednesday, November 23 and ran through midnight Sunday, November 27.

During the 102 hour period, Georgia officials reported 434 crashes, 247 injuries and 15 deaths due to auto accidents.
