ATLANTA, GA (March 8, 2013) Trial lawyer Marc Howard, co-founder of the Pope & Howard P.C. Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, spoke this week at the Continuing Legal Education Seminar in Beaver Creek. Howard currently chairs the education committee for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), which is responsible for presenting continuing education seminars for personal injury lawyers throughout Georgia.
During the seminar, Howard spoke to fellow trial lawyers on hidden claims, specifically focusing on improving the value of personal injury cases through the use of claims found in regulations, statutes and local ordinances. “I enjoyed speaking to and learning from my fellow trial lawyers. Our roundtable format for this seminar was perfect for exchanging ideas and learning new strategies,” Howard explained.
